As much as I love finding and trying new beauty products, I also love finding my favorite products. Those products that I keep buying or have backups of because I love them so much. I’m happy (and so is my wallet) that most of these products are from the drugstore although I do love Anastasia Beverly Hills and It Cosmetics and think their products are worth every penny! All of the products pictures above are products that I’ve bought more than once, most of them, like the Garnier Refreshing Gel Cream and the Maybelline Master Primer I’ve bought like 3 or 4 times, I love them that much. I’m positive that once my current stash runs out (although I did just stock up on all of them this month) I will buy them again… and again and again.
Beauty Products I Keep Buying:
garnier refreshing gel creamGarnier Refreshing Gel Cream ($6): I’ve been using this for almost a year and although I’m on my fourth tub of this stuff and although I’ve different face lotions before and after this, this still continues to be a favorite. I use this every single day, morning and night and I love that it doesn’t have that sticky or tacky lotion feel to it since it’s a gel. It’s light and refreshing and leaves a cool effect on my skin and works so well with my makeup. I just reviewed this last week, check out my review here!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pomade ($18): I think brows make such a difference in your overall look, unfortunately my brows are very light and sparse so I need some help filling them in. I have tried many (that’s a huge understatement!) products and this is still my favorite. I just bought my second tub last week. I use the color Blonde.
Nyx Lip Liner in Peekaboo Natural ($4): I love lip liner, especially a nude pink lip liner. I wear it every day, with lipstick, lip gloss or even by itself with chapstick on top. I have a few Nyx lip liners and although I like them all, Peekaboo Natural is my favorite because it goes with everything (I mostly use nudes and pinks). The lip liner I had in this shade was so tiny so I recently bought a backup.
tgio master primeMaybelline Master Prime in Blur + Redness Control ($9): I LOVE THIS PRIMER! I love me a good primer. In my hunt for good primers, I’ve tried drugstore, specialty and high-end options and nothing is better for me than this primer from Maybelline. I’ve also tried and loved the Prime + Illuminate one from Maybelline, but since I have redness I use this one instead. The primer doesn’t have a silicone or slimy feel to it and it doesn’t clump up on my face like other primers with this texture tend to do. I am on my fourth tube of this too and I’m done trying to find another primer, this is it for me. Click here for my review.
Elf Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer ($2): I used to use the normal ELF eye shadow primer but I found this one a few months ago and have been loving it. It’s a shimmery, white based primer that blends out really well and makes the pigments in your eye shadows stand out so much more. The best part is that this is only $2! I already bought a backup so I can have it handy when I need it.
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara ($8): I don’t like mascara, or I should say that mascaras don’t like me. I’ve tried drugstore and high-end ones and I have never ever found a mascara that doesn’t make my eyelashes go straight down. I bought this on a whim and was shocked that not only did it hold my curl, but it made my lashes longer and thicker (what a mascara is supposed to do!). I bought the waterproof version and I’m so happy that I have finally found a great mascara, even happier that it’s less than $10.
tgio-maybelline-dream-wonder-3Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder ($8): This is one of my very favorite beauty products! I’m very lazy when it comes to foundation, I didn’t even start wearing foundation until last year so I haven’t fit foundation into my daily routine. Most days, instead of foundation I use the Maybelline Master Primer primer and this Dream Wonder Powder as my base and I love the finish. It’s not chalky or powdery at all and the coverage is really pretty (I prefer a lighter coverage) and natural-looking. I not only hit pan on my old powder, but I completely finished my product last week so it was time to get a new one. Click here for my review.
It Cosmetics Brow Power ($12): Keep in mind that this is the trial size of this brow pencil, but it lasts me almost 6 months. For days when I want to do my brows quickly and don’t want to deal with pomades and brow brushes, I use this brow pencil. I love how easy it is to use, takes me about a minute to do my brows and the finish looks like real hair. I do wish that they had this in different colors since they only have a universal taupe shade, but I would prefer a blonde shade. I’m on my second brow pencil right now and would buy another one when I’m done with this one.
Have you tried any of these products yet? What are your favorite beauty products that you always buy again?
