In March, This Girl Was Obsessed With…

So many new favorites this past month! I discovered the awesomeness that is Colourpop cosmetics and I’m obsessed. Thanks to my sister, I have some eye shadows, a blush, a highlighter, some lippie sticks and a few ultra satin lips. I also discovered Morphe brushes, Makeup Geek shadows and rediscovered old favorites. These are the products I was obsessed with this past month.

In March, This Girl Was Obsessed With:

Colourpop Cosmetics: I’m not even gonna list all the products that are my favorites, because I have a lot and I have a more that aren’t even pictures. I’m also planning to do a in-depth review/swatches of these soon. But these products are not only super affordable (everything is under $10, nothing over $8) but they are better than even most of the high-end products I’ve tried. The shadows are super pigmented and the ultra satin lips are amazing. A few swatches below.

Morphe Brushes: I got these from my sister, she’s part of the Morphe brush club from Live Glam and she got a few duplicates and gave them to me. I looooove these, especially the big fluffy white brush.

Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder ($8): I’m not a full coverage foundation kind of girl and definitely prefer a lighter coverage. My skin got really dry and bumpy these past few weeks due to a new birth control medication so I’ve been skipping the foundation and using this powder instead and I love it. It gives me just the right touch of coverage and lets me focus on other things I like better, like eye shadows and lip products.

Model Co Blush Cheek Powder in Peach Bellini ($22): I got this in a Ipsy bag last year and started using it again this past month. I love the coral color and the shimmer it has, it is super pigmented and I’m really pale so I have to be careful to only use very little.

MakeupGeek Shadows: I have had my eye on MUG shadows for a while and my sister gave me these two shades and even though I don’t normally wear brows, I love these two shades and want more. Such pretty colors to use alone, as a transition or with other shadows. Swatches below.

Stila Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner: It’s so hard to find a good liquid eyeliner to create a sharp line. The Stila eyeliner is perfect for that and I can finally master the winged eyeliner look.

Tarte Tarteist Creamy Matte Lip Paint: I got a deluxe sample of this at Sephora in the shade Namaste, and even though I think the Nyx is a great dupe for this formula, I’m obsessed with this color. It’s a really pale light pink, I like to wear it alone, or blended with darker lipsticks/lip liners. I looove this color and the formula is super creamy. Swatch below.

Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector: I have really dark under eye circles and really pale skin. Concealer turns make dark circles gray, and the orange and red color correctors are too dark for me, this light pink shade is the perfect corrector to cancel out my under eye circles and brighten up my under eye area. My Review.

Do you do any of these products? What were some of your favorites this past month?
