June Ipsy Glam Bag Reviews

I love looking forward to my monthly Ipsy Glam Bag and I feel like my picks keep getting better and better. I usually get my bag the first week of June but this one took a bit longer. It was worth it though because this was my favorite bag so far.

My Thoughts:

I really liked everything in my bag this month. The lip stain has a glossy effect to it, it’s very pigmented and lasts a really long time, but without taht rubbery feel to it that most long-wear lip products seem to have. The Mini Shadow Crayon is perfect for those days when you’re in a hurry or just don’t feel like spending a long time on your makeup. Swipe and blend and you’re done! I know everyone loves and raves over the Smashbox Primer and this is my first time trying out their products. I have to say that I was a little bit disappointed by this. I love primers and use a lot of them and this is my least favorite one. It doesn’t have that silicone feel that others do and I don’t think it did much to smooth over my pores, not like the other primers I use anyway. I didn’t hate this product but considering how expensive it is, I was disappointed. The Nuxe Rose Facial Scrub was my favorite product this month. I love scrubs but my face is sensitive so I need something gentle. This was perfect and the scent is so good. I’ve never tried a facial mask so I have nothing to compare it to, but I really like the way this left my face looking and feeling after. Another great Ipsy bag. Even though most of these were samples (except for the lip stain), the sample sizes are very decent and perfect for me since I like to try new products. It’s the perfect amount for me to decide if I want to buy the full sized product or not. If you’re interested in the Ipsy bag ($10 a month), you can use this code to sign up!
